2026 City of Cleveland Heights Community Survey
We want to hear from you. The City of Cleveland Heights and ETC Institute are conducting a survey to help us better understand resident perceptions as they relate to the delivery of City services. Your feedback is essential in shaping the future of Cleveland Heights.
Your Opinion Matters:
We are requesting your participation in the 2026 Resident Survey. This is your chance to influence the decisions City leadership and staff make about the City’s future. Your responses will remain confidential, and the results of the survey will be tabulated and summarized by ETC Institute. The City will only receive summary information, not individual responses. This survey should take 12-15 minutes to complete.
